Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We now use PayPal exclusively to handle all
our online credit card transactions. PayPal is the world’s most
trusted name when it comes to internet transactions and you don’t
have to be a member to use it. PayPal allows you to choose your
favorite credit card to make your payment so it works just like a
normal credit card transaction but with the added peace of mind of the
world’s highest level of security. There is no extra charge to
you to use PayPal and they have great features like a calculator that
automatically converts our prices, which are in US dollars, to your
local currency.
Can I fax my order?
Yes. If you prefer to fax your order direct
to MasterClass Art a Printable Form is available by selecting the Order

What is the quality of your work?
When you order from MasterClass Art you are
commissioning an 'original' work of art – not the original but an
original. Our replicas are hand painted to order to a high standard
known as Museum Quality. You may find small differences from the
original painting on close inspection however, this is considered
normal as each replica is 100% hand painted from scratch.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If for any reason you are not happy with the
painting, email us first and we will provide you with a Return
Authorisation Number and address, then return it in its original
packaging within 7 days for a full refund. You, our valued customer are
responsible for the postage and insurance.
Please note: Refunds apply only to standard
catalogue paintings.
How long before I receive my painting?
Normally you will receive your painting in 2-4
weeks depending on the size and complexity of the painting and any
possible delays in delivery due to peak seasonal factors.
How are the paintings delivered?
Your painting will be protected and rolled in a
heavy duty mailing tube, ready for you to take to your picture framer
who will assist you in selecting the perfect frame to the painting and
your home.
Do I have to pay extra for shipping?
No, handling and shipping is free.
Who are the artists?
Our artists are amongst the world’s top
painters of fine art reproductions. They are highly experienced and
fully qualified to create beautiful reproductions of the world’s
great art.
Are they genuine oil paintings?
Yes, all our paintings are hand painted using
Windsor & Newton oil paints on the best quality canvas. Our method
of working is the same as that of the artist who painted the original
masterpiece.
What countries do you deliver to?
Free delivery for standard sizes available to the
following countries: USA, Belgium, UK, Denmark, Finland, Greece,
Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Norway,Portugal, Switzerland, Germany,
Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan. Delivery
times can vary depending on courier workload.
Can you create a replica that I don’t see on
your website?
Yes, our artists can create any painting you want.
Just send an e-mail to john@masterclassart.com and tell us the name of
the artist and the title of the painting (if you know it) and the size
you want. You can also attach a good, high resolution image of the
painting or tell us the URL of a website where we can see it. We will
email you the price, no obligation.
What about Customs / tax – who pays?
We pay all shipping costs but any local Customs'
fees or tax is the responsibility of the customer. In our experience,
most paintings arrive without any tax being levied, although some
countries do occasionally levy a quarantine fee or import tax. We
suggest you contact your local Customs for more information.
